Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to be notified of any outdoor construction in Green Acres (fences, sheds, or home additions or renovations before the work begins. ARC has the authority to approve or deny remodeling or fence plans based on the deed restrictions as updated in May 2000.
ARC is composed of five of your neighbors and represents the Civic Association and you. The committee is responsible for determining if your project complies with the Green Acres Deed Restrictions The committee has 30 days to respond to your request for approval before you may start construction.
The ARC serves as an objective third party which is also available to mediate disputes. If you have any questions about your project, please contact us.
